About Us

If USPS loses your order and it shows no movement for 14 days, we'll replace your order at our discretion, free of charge. If USPS later delivers your order or returns the order to our warehouse, we'll issue an invoice for the full amount.

Products aren't damaged in shipping and are stable up to 21 days up to 104 degrees. In the rare event your order is damaged, take pictures and provide them to us within 3 days of delivery.
