By placing an order you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of Sale, as detailed below.

Products: For in-vitro (“in the glass”) research use only. Not intended for human consumption, medical, or therapeutic applications.

Disclaimer: WLO Research products are for research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. They are not approved for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and no instructions for preparation, administration, or dosage are provided. All products are labeled “For Research Use Only – Not for Human or Animal Use” in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c). Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Buyers are solely responsible for the lawful handling and use of these products.

You attest to being qualified in the handling of these products in the course of conducting in-vitro scientific research and development activities within a laboratory environment.

Each lyophilized product is supplied in a sealed 3ml transparent glass vial.

WLO Research products are sold strictly for in-vitro analytical and laboratory research. We cannot provide instructions, dosages, or advice regarding human or animal administration. Any references to unapproved use will be denied sale or blocked from future sales.

The purchaser realizes and agrees that, since WLO Research by Hanna products are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for in-vitro research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from Hanna Shop LLC are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

Each product we sell is manufacturer tested for net purity and net quantity by an analytical chemist to ensure suitability for laboratory research. All claims of purity and mass are presented are believed to be factual. We welcome and recommended our customers to test at their cost.

Refunds/Replacements: We will replace your order if you do not receive it within 14 days (e.g. you provided a proper address, USPS lost it). We carefully pack each order to avoid damage in shipping. We do not issue refunds.

Privacy Policy: We utilize access controls to all information systems. We will never release any identifying information we've collected such as name, address, IP, browser fingerprint, system information, or other information we may collect to maintain our operations, except when compelled to do so for reasons of our operational security or law.

Payment: Payment is expected within 24hrs of order. We accept Purchase Orders (NET 30) credit/debit cards via Credit Card Payment Link, Venmo and CashApp and most major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and other major coins. If you pay via crypto, you will receive an invoice from our payment gateway. It's important you pay this promptly due to fluctuations, which we will not absorb. If you pay via Venmo or CashApp, place your username in the form, you will receive a request.

We can't control USPS and under no circumstances will be held accountable for their actions or inactions. Our products are not believed to degrade due to short term ambient temperatures such as being mailed for up to 21 days up to 104 degrees.

By placing an order with us, you confirm you understand these terms and that the seller is held harmless in any and all claims for any and all reasons.
